Return Policy

If you purchase our moving boxes or packaging products and are not satisfied, you can return them for any reason within 15 days from when you received your order.  We ask that you arrange for and pay for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse.

Though we rarely get returns, we will cooperate with you to your satisfaction. We charge a 25% restocking fee on returned items in circumstances beyond our control. In circumstances where we are at fault or the product was damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service department to remedy the issue and potentially waive the restocking fee should the issue be no fault of your own. We do request that the product that you return is unopened and in it's original packaging.

Refund Policy
 
For authorized returns, as identified by our Return Policy, we will provide a complete refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling that you are charged when you make your purchase, upon receipt of the returned merchandise by our warehouse.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Orders placed on any business day before 2PM local time will usually be shipped the same day for in stock items. If the delivery time for your order is very time sensitive, please call us to confirm the expected delivery date. We have one of the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry and we work hard to keep that AAA reputation.Free local delivery only applies to orders over $250 delivered in San Diego county.
